Terms of Sales

These terms of sale are concluded between SARL BUSINESS INNOVATIVE SOLUTIONS, located at Cooperative Echarifa BT C N 8 BabEzzouar – Algiers, registered with the trade register under number 16/00-1049703-B-21 hereinafter referred to as the 'e-supplier,' and any individual or legal entity wishing to make a purchase via the HelloData website, hereinafter referred to as the 'e-consumer.'

Article 1. Purpose

These terms of sale define the contractual relationship between SARL BUSINESS INNOVATIVE SOLUTIONS and the 'e-consumer' and the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the website www.hellodata.dz. The purchase of a product through this site implies an unconditional acceptance by the 'e-consumer' of these terms of sale, which the 'e-consumer' acknowledges having read prior to placing an order. Before any transaction, the 'e-consumer' declares, on the one hand, that the purchase of products on the website www.hellodata.dz is limited to strictly personal use without the intention of resale or sharing, and, on the other hand, that they have full legal capacity to commit to these general terms of sale. SARL BUSINESS INNOVATIVE SOLUTIONS reserves the right to modify these sales conditions at any time to comply with new regulations or to improve the use of its site. Therefore, the applicable conditions will be those in force at the date of the order by the 'e-consumer.'

Article 2. Products

The products and services offered are those listed on the website www.hellodata.dz of SARL BUSINESS INNOVATIVE SOLUTIONS. SARL BUSINESS INNOVATIVE SOLUTIONS reserves the right to modify the products and services at any time. Each product or service is presented on the website in the form of a description stating its main technical characteristics faithfully but does not bind the seller in any way.

Article 3. Ordering Procedure and Description of the Purchasing Process

To place an order, the 'e-consumer' can select one or more products or services and fill in the order form with their contact information, tax details (for businesses), and the products and services they have ordered. The order can also be placed by directly communicating with our teams. Once the order is received, we will send a pay.hellodata.dz link to the 'e-consumer' with the object and amount of their order, through which they can make the payment. The 'e-consumer' can review the contents and prices of each product and service, then confirm the order. The 'e-consumer' must check the box 'I have read and accepted the general terms of sale' after having read them and then proceed with the payment by entering their CIB or Edahabia card details. Once the payment is made, the 'e-consumer' will receive:

A payment receipt that can be downloaded directly from the site, accessed via a QR code, or sent to their email address.
The invoice for their purchase will be sent to them by email. Once the payment process is completed, HelloData undertakes to deliver to the customer, within a reasonable period, the products or services they have ordered, along with information on how to contact the company's customer service. If the product or service has already been delivered, this solution can be used as a means of recovery.

Article 4. Prices

The prices on the site are in Algerian Dinar (دج), including all taxes (TTC) taking into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order. Any change in the VAT rate may be reflected in the prices of the products. SARL BUSINESS INNOVATIVE SOLUTIONS reserves the right to change its prices at any time, with the understanding that the price listed in the catalog on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the 'e-consumer.

Article 5. Payment Methods

Payment by CIB card: The 'e-consumer' has the option to pay for their order directly on the site using the CIB payment card. After validating the order, the customer completes the payment process on the SATIM platform, and the order amount will be debited from their bank account.

Article 6. Retention of Ownership

SARL BUSINESS INNOVATIVE SOLUTIONS retains full ownership of the products sold until the full receipt of the price, including principal, fees, and taxes.

Article 7. Intellectual Property Rights

All elements constituting this site belong to the 'e-supplier' and are therefore protected by legislation on intellectual property. 'E-consumers' acknowledge that, without authorization, any total or partial copying and any distribution or exploitation of one or more of these elements, even modified, may lead to legal action against them by the 'e-supplier' or its rights holders. This protection covers all textual and graphic content of the site, as well as its structure, name, and graphic design.

Article 8. Applicable Law and Competent Jurisdictions

These general conditions are subject to the application of Algerian law and the exclusive jurisdiction of Algerian courts. The languages of the contract are French and Arabic.

Article 9. Amicable Dispute Resolution

Except for public policy provisions, any disputes that may arise in the execution of these general conditions may, before any legal action, be submitted to the discretion of the 'e-supplier' for amicable resolution. It is expressly reminded that requests for amicable resolution do not suspend the deadlines for initiating legal actions.

Article 10. Severability

If any clause of these general conditions were to be declared null and void by a court decision, this nullity would not affect the nullity of all other clauses, which continue to have their effect.
